my hardrive recently was getting really slow so I brought a new one and installed windows onto it. when I loaded up steam and tried to play a game the game would pop up saying a .dll file is missing. so I tried to repair Microsoft c++ but it just says setup failed same for if I try to install any other versions. I feel like I have tried everything and its still not working
