Hi,
executing cmd-file installCleanup.exe organized a propper deinstallation of VS Community 2015. After that, I deleted all VS-files of folder AppData. Furthermore, I downloaded hier the newest CommunityEdition of VS. Whatever I do, he stopps downloading files at a special point. Traffic will be stopped! What could cause this behaviour? Viruscan and firewall have been deactivated.
