Unable to Merge two PDF files(each file has 220000 pages, size is 1.4gb)

Hello

Can you please suggest me how to handle below scenario.

Requirement : Need to Generate single pdf file with 13 lack pages.

Existing Process : i have generated 6 files with 2,20,000 pages each, file size is 1.4 GB.

If i try to merge two pdf files system prompting error as An unhandled exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' occurred in mscorlib.dll.

Server Specifications : Ram - 32GB.
