Cannot signin to vs 2017 community

When trying to sign in to VS2017 Community it fails with the following error Error signing in: 'There was an error deserializing the object of type Microsoft.IdentityService.Clients.ActiveDirectory.TokenResponse. Encountered unexpected character '<'.
