Visual Studio update and Installation problems.

I had visual studio previously installed and working properly when it informed me I needed to update and the license for the program was going to expire. When I tried to update it would download the files for the update but be unsuccessful in the installation process. I tried to reinstall visual studio and had problems with both the uninstall and reinstall. Searching online for possible answers, I have tried to run the installcleanup.exe program with the -Full tag and deleting the install folder in the visual studio folder and the one in the user/roaming folder. Running the installer as an admin doesn't seem to help either.

I ran the collect program to get the install logs which can be found here:

Any advice is welcome as I am at my wits end.
