Hi, I mean the specific thing that appears in the following video:

Everything happens exactly according to the video until I write cos, no smart tag is showing(the blue box) and when I select(highlight) it, then the light bulb icon shows up and the action that shows up is to Extract Method, defining a new method that returns cos.
I'm using:
