Unable to start vs_installer.exe, without any error message

I want to update Visual Studio 2017 Community, but the update process failed.
So I uninstall the original vs2017 and tried to reinstall.

After download the new installer from Downloads | IDE, Code, & Team Foundation Server | Visual Studio and execute vs_community.exe,
I clicked the "Continue".
The installer just disappear after download process complete, without any message or any UI information. The installer exit itself.

I tried to start the installer manually from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer\vs_installer.exe", still nothing happen.
