error C2664: 'WlanOpenHandle' : cannot convert parameter 4 from 'HANDLE **__w64 ' to 'PHANDLE'
Types pointed to are unrelated; conversion requires reinterpret_cast, C-style cast or function-style cast

is it library wlanapi.lib problem ? I have SDK x64 .
