Object Orientated Programming with Windows Form Application

Hi was wondering if anyone could help me out, I am hoping to create an A and E simulator program that is object orientated with patients as objects etc. and was wondering if it would be possible for me to implement this using a windows form application. As i am aware that windows form apps are already use OOP and wanted to know if I could create my own classes within this and allow button clicks to call properties from my instantiated objects. Thanks
