Can't find "windows forms app" entry in new project with Visual Studio 2017 after fresh install

I just installed Visual Studio 2017.

Following a youtube tutorial, I was told to open a new project and chose the "windows forms app (.net framework)" under Visual Basic - but this entry is not there.

Did I miss installing anything else?

Please help or guide me to another tutorial for creating apps.
