ASP.Net Web Form's Design View not working in VS 2015

I have been facing a strange problem in VS 2015. I'm unable to see the design view of ASP.Net Web Form. When I cclick on the "Design" button of the web form, the page is hanged up. I have to close and reopen the form, which is displayed in HTML source view. I initially thought it would be some installation error on my PC, but I got the same problem on another system too. Do I need to re-install, repair or update VS?

Please help.
