Error when installing Visual studio shell 2013 (Isolated)

Hello,

I am attempting to install Microsoft Visual studio 2013 shell (Isolated) on my windows 10 machine, however during installation the installation unexpectedly closes.


I get to this part of the installation, then after about 30 seconds the installation closes.

Any recommendations or suggestions on how to get this to work?
