VC ++ 2017 v14.16.27012

Hi,



I've found that this version of VC ++ fails to install properly if there is more than one user session on a PC at the time of install. is this a known issue, and is there a way to get it properly installed without forcing users to log off? I haven't had this issue with v14.12.25810.
