Installing VS 2008 there are the standard Windows common controls in the tools window for the dialog editor (see image on left).
But with VS 2012-2015 I find only the MFC controls in the tools window for the dialog editor (see image on right).
How can I get the standard Windows common control to appear in the tools window for the dialog editor for VS 2012-2015?
