I am having trouble installing VS 2017 Community Edition (https://my.visualstudio.com/Downloads?q=Visual Studio 2017). When I click the installer it downloads and installs the installer and just after it says, "Almost done... Getting everything ready" I get the following error:
"At most one command parameter can be specified" which is followed by what appear to be the command line usage options.
As seen on another thread I have tried to run the installer directly ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer\vs_installer.exe"). Doing this opens the installer screen but there are no products listed under the heading products, the window is just white other than the welcome pane on the right with "Learn" and "Marketplace" links
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
