Failed to install Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK in Windows 7

Hello,

I fail to install Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK for Pocket PC. With the error below.

For development, i am using VS 2010, installed with all its components, but when i try to install Windows Mobile SDK, i get this error:

I would like to know, what i can do to install it, without a problem.
