Visual Studio 6 (VB IDE) Installation giving error (Error 1919 .Error Configuring the ODBC data source, Visual Foxpro Database ODBC Error 6 ) in Windo

Hi All,

We were trying to install the VB6 IDE in Windows 2012 R2 server, getting the below exception, But after ignoring it for 2 or 3 times, able to complete the installation wizard





Error 1919 .Error Configuring the ODBC data source , Visual Foxpro Database ODBC Error 6 . Component not found in registry verify the file Visual Foxpro database exists and that you can access.

After that once we launch the VB6 editor we are getting the below error

If anybody faced any issues or aware of this issue , please reply ASAP
