VS 2017 - How to export Help Viewwer 2.1 Favorites to Help Vewer 2.3?

VS 2017 is shipped with Help Viewer 2013. I have a large number of Favorites stored in Help Viewer 2.1 which I would like to use in Help Viewer 2.3.

So I have 2 questions:

  • How can I move my favorites from Help Viewer 2.1 to 2.3?
  • How can I add private help content to the Help Viewer 2.3 library and what format must this content have?
