Is it possible to import many folders and files into a solution at once

I translated a Java program to VB.net using an automatic translator. The translator produced many folders and files, but it does not product vb project or solution files. Now I want to add the new VB files to a VB solution and attempt to compile them. I can add one file at a time, but is there a better, faster way? I want to be able to just add a folder full of vb files and have the solution window display the folder with its files immediately. In other words, if there a way to do it in one batch?
