How to recover *.vb file after blue screen crash?

Hello to all,

I was debugging my application when suddenly the computer crashed(blue screen).

When I restarted the PC one *.vb founded to be corrupted!

Is there anyone that knows a way to restore it?

System :

Windows 7, Ultimate,32bit

Visual Basic Expess Edition 2010.
