Is the testing capabilities in Visual Studio 2017 the same as in Team Foundation Server as in VS Test Professional

I am trying to put together what my team requires for Visual Studio and for me one of the items is test automation. We will have Team Foundation Server 17 which I believe comes with testing as a standard piece.

But is the testing the same as in these two product?

Visual Studio 17 Enterprise

Visual Studio Test Professional

Boiling it all down to I really only need to order VS17 Professional and I get all my testing needs from TFS?
