Team Explorer for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 - Fatal error during installtion

Hi, I got an error during the installation of VS2015. I am using Windows 10, and I had VS 2010, 2013 and 2015 installed before. I removed a lot of software to clean my computer last week and found VS 2015 did not work. so I removed all versions of VS and tried to install VS 2015 only, then I got the error "Team Explorer for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015". I found many other people posted same issue here, but I couldn't figure out the solution. please help.

please let me know if you want to see the screenshot and log file. I just don't know how to attach it.
