VSTS unable to find the Services tab for New Service Endpoint

Hi,

I'm unable to find the services tab, I need to add a "New Service Endpoint". Looks the VSTS gui has changed a lot, I need to integrate Octopus Deploy. Please let know any help is appreciated.
