VS2015 MFC Code debug assertion error after Win10

Old code, MFC, VS2015.
Under Win7 works fine although few warnings.
After upgraded to Win10, debug version started to have assertion error hence can't debug at the moment.
Anyone else came across the same as well?
Actually error points to line 639 afxwin1.inl
Please help.
Few other issues within visual studio as well, can not sign in my account but the debug error is probably urgent.
Also would like to know how come the same code start to have issue after the windows version upgraded.
