"Show Source" option disabled in Live Visual Tree context menu

Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 15.9.4

Under Tools -> Options -> Debugging -> General I have "Enable UI Debugging Tools For XAML" checked, as well as all three child items checked.

If I right-click on an element in the LVT, the content menu has the View Source option, but it is disabled.

This used to work, and only seems to have been disabled in the last few days. Anyone any idea why, and how I can get it enabled again?
