Tabular Model Designer - An error occurred while opening the model on the workspace database. Reason: The type initializer for 'Microsoft.Analysis

This error has been killing my workday.

I've installed Visual Studio Community and SSDT several times in a variety of different ways and I continue to get this error whenever I try to create a new Analysis Services Project. I've also reinstalled SSMS several times. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help!
