The Sumo select and bootstrap cdn is not appending to an asp.net and html tags

Hi All,

In my application i have appended the bootstrap cdn tags and i have sumo select scripts too, but i am not able to use these things in my application for the html tags and asp tags too. Because it is not populating the data to multi selection drop down, the drop down is not at all working.please help me out.
