How to get greyed out images for disabled buttons on CMFCRibbonBar

When the buttons on ribbon bar are disabled, the text on buttons can be greyed out, but there is no change on the images on buttons, which are colourful images same as when the buttons are enabled.

Could you please let me know how to get greyed out images for disabled buttons on CMFCRibbonBar?
