Hi Everybody!

I am new to the program, so I have some questions when I start using Visual Studio.

1. If my C drive is currently 44.6 GB, the D drive has 59.9 GB, the E drive is 47.9 GB, I think it's a bit tight, it's a bit difficult to download Visual Studio comes with an installation of about 25 GB of programs. A few days ago, after I downloaded it, my C drive became a red lipstick. I had to uninstall the whole new download program. In short, I want to keep Visual Studio and I just uninstall a program, then replace it with another program. It will not take time and it is easy to change the program even if our computer has less data storage. Can we do this?

2. I am currently investigating, and want to create some tools such as the Translator tool in the local language according to my opinion, or the proxy check tool, and change the proxy at my discretion. So I need to install the program C ++ or SQL, or Azure? And let me ask which program is the most effective.
Hope To Get Everyone's Full Answer. Thanks A Lot

So, my question is quite difficult. Don't underestimate. More things, I need to ask the support team to store some important links to help me. My C drive is tight!
