Very fast data upgrade on mfc List control

Hi,

I need to update a 10 col x 100 row MFC List control but it flicker when the data are very fast
which solution i can implement ?

i yet used SetRedraw and LVS_EX_DOUBLEBUFFER but it flicker yet

the idea is to not update more than 10 time at sec
