offline installation of Visual Studio 2017 pro

For .NET web and .NET desktop development

cmd command:

d:\vs_professional.exe --layout d:\VS2017_pro --add Microsoft.VisualStudio.Workload.ManagedDesktop --add Microsoft.VisualStudio.Workload.NetWeb --add Component.GitHub.VisualStudio --includeOptional --lang en-US
