How to set text color of the caption on the main frame title?

The main frame is derived from CMDIFrameWndEx. The text colour of the main frame caption is black, and the background of the caption is dark blue. So I wish to change the text colour to white.

Could you please let me know how to change the text colour of caption from black to white?
