i already tried fixit tool to uninstall. no results.
i tried using msiinv and msiexec/x. it uninstalled and i tried again to make sure and i cant uninstall unexisting application.
i look at control panel and saw the microsoft visual c++ 2012 11.0.61030 is still there completely uninstalled.
i am now running out of idea what to do and it seems reset or format is my last straw. i absolutely dont want to do that unless i completely have too.
ps. i tried to install apex legends and it seems i cant install it because of this problem. seems like a vc++ 2012 x64 version 11.0.60610.1 have no problems with anything.
please help
