Arabic speech recognition

1-Am not new to speech Recognition but new to the Arabic Speech Recognition actually i found some sdk like DRagon and Sphinx but am asking about the Windows SDk in this field any suggestion because i found in you forum this link but it donsnt really seems to work.

2-My second problem i did the TTS but the voice is saying juste something like Plah Plah Plah what wrong ???
