Problem with Downloading

Hello,

I downloaded the Visual Studio and opened the file. Everything went well until I got a message saying, "Unable to the channel manifest from https://aka.ms/vs/15/release/channel". I was curious and put the URL link online and received a file called, "Visualstudio.15.release.chman". But, I keep retrying and the product doesn't seem to come up. Please help.​
