preparing for first use problem

Hi All.

I install successful Visual Studio 2017 Entetprver. 15.9.9. After that Visual Studio run with that screen:1414907.png

That screen works some hours and I cannot close it. What is better decision:
1. restart PC
2. fix Visual Studio

What need to do to run Visual Studio and avoid a problem?
