Missing ActiveX Control

I have a program created with Visual Studio C++ 2017 that uses the Microsoft Flex Grid control. This program runs fine on a number of systems, but not on others (all computers use Windows 10). I have traced the problem down to the flexgrid control not active on the non-functioning computers. When I open visual Studio on these computers, a number of ActiveX controls are missing. How do I update the registered ActiveX controls to include the missing controls?
