VS2019 Enterprise Installer Hangs on GitV2 Package

Running VS2019 installer, all selected packages and workloads have downloaded. All have installed except "GitV2". The installer has been hung for 60+ minutes. Clicking "Pause", it changes to "Waiting for GitV2".
