Add better controls to the toolbox

Hi All:

Ultra-Noob Question: How do I expand my toolbox in VB 2017? Are there free controls available? Can I buy controls to give me more options? I'm looking for some modern drawing tools - add boxes, lines, shapes -- similar to the PowerPack that was available to VB6. (I added PowerPack to VB 2017, but they're limited.)
