Metadata file could not be found

Hi, what is the best way to fix these errors in 2012.

4 Metadata file 'C:\......WebUI.dll' could not be found C:\.....UnitTests\CSC WebUI.Test

even the error path doesn't make sense, the same error refers to 2 different projects and I am sure they all reference the correct assemblies
