Installed VS2019 & v3.0.100-preview3 SDK (apparently) without issues (I want to build some Blazor projects).
After that, existing VS2017 Azure Functions projects targeting netcoreapp2.1 and netstandard2.0 can't work anymore.
VS2017 version is 15.8.8, VS2019 version is 16.0.1
Error in existing VS2017 Azure V2 function targeting netcoreapp2.1:
"The current .NET SDK does not support targeting .NET Core 2.1. Either target .NET Core 1.1 or lower, or use a version of the .NET SDK that supports .NET Core 2.1."
Error in existing VS2017 Azure V2 function targeting netstandard2.0:
"The current .NET SDK does not support targeting .NET Standard 2.0. Either target .NET Standard 1.6 or lower, or use a version of the .NET SDK that supports .NET Standard 2.0"
Target framework references available in newly created VS2019 V2 Azure function, without errors:
This is dotnet --info output:

Existing VS2017 projects targeting full framework 4.6.1 are looking good.
I'm very confused, any help would be highly appreciated
