The help viewer doc in VS2019 for VC++ appears to be for VC++ ins VS2017. The "What's New.." topic says:
"What's New for Visual C++ in Visual Studio 2017"
Why is it so difficult, when creating a new release for Visual Studio, for the help viewer topics to be updated for the actual release and not refer to the previous release ? The same sort of problem occurred for VS2017 when it was first released, before the help viewer content was updated some months after the release to the correct content.
