Issue with the installation of nuget package - VS 2017 Enterprise + Asp.Net Web Application (.Net Framework) Empty Project + .Net Framework 4.7.1 + Us

Hi Guys,

I am facing issue with the Nuget package installation. I am using VS 2017 Enterprise and Asp.Net MVC with Package Reference for Nuget Formating. I have created a Nuget package and trying installing it into a different project.

Package creation is fine because I can see the proper file stricture in the Nuget package via Nuget zip file.

However, when i am trying installing it into different project, the code files are not downloading and Nuget package is adding under the reference directly.

I am not sure what's the issue? Any help will be appreciated.
