How to resize small and large icons on CMFCRibbonBar on 4K monitor

The ribbon is created from CMFCRibbonBar, the large icons on the ribbon are 32x32, the small icons on the ribbon are 16x16. The ribbon icons look OK on standard monitors, but they look quite small on a 4K monitor (3840 x 2160), despite the scale factor of the display set to 225%, the text on ribbon buttons look OK on the 4K minotor.

Could you please let me know how to scale the icons on the ribbon for a 4K monitor?
