Brand new installation of VS 2019 - cannot clone repo from GitHub

While trying to clone repo from VS Team Explorer, I'm getting this error

unable to access 'duginov/Dapper-Extensions': schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: Unknown error (0x80092012) - The revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate.

However, same repo can be cloned without any problems from Git Bash or SourceTree.
