How to get live tile feed from an app like the weather app in windows 10 and put that feed in my own application

I would like to make a desktop application that can retrieve the weather apps live tile feed and put that feed in my own desktop application.


In other words, I want the live tile weather app displayed on my desktop but that isn't possible so i want to make my own that takes from the live tile in the start menu.
