Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate with Update 5 installation issue in Windows 10

Hello All,

I have downloaded Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate edition with Update 5 installer from Microsoft portal. I can't able to install the software with my machine. I got the error message "Microsft Visual Studio Ultimate 2013 with Update 5 has stopped working". Even I have try to install by the compatibility mode. But it was not work out. Kindly help to resolve the issues.
