UCRT patches

Hi,

What are the KB patches that supply UCRT DLL's??

Example for UCRT DLL's I'm looking : Api-ms-win-crt-conio-l1-1-0.dll, Api-ms-win-crt-convert-l1-1-0.dll etc.

I know

1. KB2999226

2. KB3118401

But if I do windows update after deleting above mentioned patches, I'm still seeing UCRT DLL's.
