Visual Studio 2017 professional stops(still loading) when I open solution from windows 10'toolbar

My OS is Windows 10 trad-Chinese 64 bits. My Visual Studio is 2017 professional. It recently happens one problem that I open any solution from Windows 10'toolbar, it will stops(still loading). But I open firstly Visual Studio 2017 pro and then open the solution. The solution will be opened successfully. Does someone know how to solve this problem?
