Can anyone tell me how (or if it's possible) to prevent VS2019 (16.0.4 just installed the update last night) from dimming class names or other names I use that "could be simplified"? I have searched the options over and over, and have even created my own custom theme and looked thru the massive list of elements that can be colored. (and what a great tool, that extension to create/change color themes wow!)
Thanks in advance
PS: My theme is based on my own personal needs for colors to be less bright and have less contrast than most people prefer but it requires that I be the one controlling the brightness level. And my coding style and use of fully-qualified class names in certain circumstances - I'm sure is just as personal and may make no sense to anyone else out there. Please, if you can offer an answer, even if what I'm trying to do seems silly to you - please help anyway I implore you. I've been a huge fan of VS since it was born, but recent versions are making it impossible for me to use because of it's auto-formatting and auto-coloring and auto-* trying to outsmart me at every turn it seems. I am hoping I can resolve some of these issues and stick with VS2019 but at times I feel ready to do my coding in Notepad LOL
